I am Dr. Sangeeta Baruah, an Assistant Professor of Zoology with 10 years of teaching experience and 16 years of active research engagement. My academic journey has been dedicated to advancing knowledge in Entomology, with a strong inclination toward Molecular Biology and its applications in understanding insect physiology, genetics, and pest management. Academic Qualifications- Ph.D. in Zoology – Specialization: Entomology M.Sc. in Zoology B.Ed. Research Interests- Insect taxonomy, physiology, and ecology Vector biology and host–parasite interactions Molecular approaches in entomology Insect pest management and eco-friendly control strategies. Biodiversity and conservation of insect fauna Publications- Published extensively in internationally reputed indexed journals.
